Story of Hengshun 

In 1840, Zhu Zhaohuai from Dantu created“Zhu Hengshun Distillery”with the business idea “to be always obedient to kind needs of all living beings”,  thus started the development journey of “Hundred Years Hengshun”. 

From a small traditional sauce and vinegar workshop to one of the largest and most modernized vinegar production enterprises in China, Hengshun has been an expert in sauces and vinegar for over 170 years advocates on its century-old brewing techniques. As one of the leaders in China’s vinegar industry, Hengshun offers a wide range of products ranging from vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine, pickles to sesame oil that could serve any cooking needs. 

Traditional process 

Hengshun vinegar is made from high-quality glutinous rice and using the unique solid-state layered fermentation technology. It has been refined by more than 40 procedures and makes more than 60 days . And after a period of aging, it can be filled.
